Meeting & Pickup

• Option 1 – From Hanoi

Hotel pickup is available from accommodations located within Hanoi Old Quarter. Guests staying outside the pickup area can meet the group at Hanoi Opera House.

• Option 2 – Meet at Halong

Guests arranging their own transportation should arrive at Tuan Chau Marina between 11:20 AM and 11:40 AM for check-in.

Child Policy

• 1–4 years: Free of charge when sharing services with parents. A USD 20 surcharge applies if a separate bus seat is requested.
• 5–8 years: 75% of the adult price (applies to the first child only). The second child will be charged the full adult rate.
• 9 years and above: Full adult price.
