Shiraito Falls

Located in the northern part of Karuizawa, the waterfall has a drop of 3 meters and a width of 70 meters. Groundwater stored in Mount Asama flows down winding rock walls like hundreds of white threads. Being there allows you to feel the cool, moist air and enjoy the breathtaking scenery.

Hoshino Resort

Hoshinoya is a resort brand under the Hoshino Group. Harunire Terrace consists of 15 small shops including home goods stores, clothing boutiques, dessert shops, cafes, Western restaurants, and soba noodle shops. There is also the beautifully designed, light-filled 'Sonmin-shokudo' (Villager's Cafeteria) that feels anything but rustic.

Karuizawa Kogen Church & Stone Church

The Stone Church, also known as the Uchimura Kanzo Memorial Hall, is a building nestled in a quiet forest. Designed by a renowned American architect known for 'organic architecture,' the church was inspired by the stunning natural environment of Karuizawa, resulting in a truly unique structure.

Kumoba Pond

Kumoba Pond is a lake located in the southeastern part of Nagano. Known as 'Swan Lake,' the pond is surrounded by fiery red maple trees along the Kumoba forest trails. The reflection of the red maples on the water creates a poetic and picturesque scene.

Karuizawa Ginza Shopping Street

Karuizawa Ginza Shopping Street is a bustling commercial area in Karuizawa. The 600-meter-long street is paved with red bricks and lined with old churches, antique shops, and various European-style bistros, offering a unique and romantic atmosphere.

1. After the order is confirmed, if you need to change the date, please consult customer service. If the date cannot be changed, any losses incurred will be borne by the traveler.

2. If you need to catch up to the next meeting point due to personal reasons or lateness, transportation costs will be at your own expense. No refunds will be provided if you fail to participate or terminate the tour. Please be aware of this.

3. If you leave the tour midway, the transaction will be considered void, and no refunds will be provided. Any personal or property safety issues resulting from this will be at your own risk.

4. Please provide the primary traveler's information when booking. If there are any issues, please consult customer service to avoid errors that may affect the itinerary.

5. Please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times during the tour. Any loss, theft, or damage will be at your own risk.

6. Elderly individuals, those with high blood pressure, heart disease, or other cardiovascular conditions, and pregnant women are not permitted to join this tour.

7. This tour does not accept bookings from pregnant women or individuals under 18 traveling alone. If you wish to book, please have a guardian join the tour with you.

8. This is a fixed-itinerary shared tour. Participants must adhere to the stay duration at each attraction and follow the driver/guide's instructions. This service does not allow for flexible itinerary adjustments.
