Questions regarding reservations:

Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Please understand that "good observation conditions" are not always guaranteed. You may not be able to see the scenery you expect, and please make your reservation with this understanding. We will not offer refunds or other compensation if you cannot see the stars or sunset. - If it is not safe to hold the event due to strong winds, high waves, heavy rain, etc. → The event will be canceled. - If it is cloudy but safe to hold the event (no rain) → The event will generally proceed. The quality of observation conditions will not be a factor in deciding whether to cancel. - If it is drizzling, raining intermittently, or the sky is covered with thick clouds → We will meet at the site and discuss the matter based on the latest weather radar information. If we decide not to hold the event after discussing it at the site, there will be no cancellation fee, but if you cancel beforehand without meeting, a cancellation fee will be charged. In the case of uncertain weather, the decision will be made on site.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - Due to cloudy weather or other factors, you may not be able to see the scenery you desire. - If you apply for same-day booking, your reservation will be confirmed as soon as your application is completed. Please note that after your reservation is confirmed, a cancellation fee will be charged starting 3 days before the reservation date.
Other special notes:
- No refunds will be given if you are unable to see the event due to weather conditions.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 1 to 65 years old
Clothing and belongings: Clothing: Wear clothes that can get wet. Footwear: Shoes with heel straps such as marine boots or sports sandals are recommended (sandals are acceptable if you don't have these, but please take care to avoid injury). Belongings: Nothing in particular. Since it may get wet, please put non-waterproof cameras and smartphones in a waterproof case.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
