Purchase Notice

1. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early for smooth proceedings.

2. Attire and Preparations

Please refrain from facial procedures that change skin color before diagnosis.
Please visit us for light and natural daily makeup.
Please avoid hoodies or high-necked clothing that may interfere with draping. We recommend wearing a basic round-neck T-shirt.

3. Up to one accompanying person is allowed in addition to the reservation holder.

4. Refund | Change | No-Show Policy

If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation, you will be considered a no-show, and a refund of the payment or the program cannot proceed.
A full refund will be provided if you cancel up to 3 days prior to the visit date.
Changes are allowed only once up to 3 days prior to the visit date. (Cancellations are not possible after the first change.)
Schedule changes due to weather or flight schedules are also possible up to 3 days prior to the visit date.
