Ian is our bartender, who welcomes guests into the speakeasy and teaches the class, which includes two cocktails that guests get to drink、Learn the fundamental techniques for building Prohibition-era cocktails with precision and a little Southern twang, and get a general introduction to craft libations rooted in Prohibition and interwoven with Southern seaport and Latin American culture.
