During your visit to the ruins, a Japanese-speaking guide will provide detailed explanations of the history and highlights of the site while you are in the vehicle.
You are free to explore and sightsee within the ruins on your own (a guide will not accompany you inside the ruins).

Bringing tripods, gimbals, and other similar equipment into the archaeological site is prohibited.

Regarding swimming in the cenote, you will be required to sign a waiver form on-site on the day of your visit.
To protect the cenote environment, showering before swimming is mandatory.
We recommend bringing a swimsuit (to wear beforehand), a change of clothes, a towel, items to protect yourself from the heat (hat, sunglasses, parasol, etc.), and cash (pesos).

Regarding luggage, children, and participation conditions: An additional fee of 20 USD per item is required for bringing strollers and suitcases (please indicate this in the comments section when booking if you wish to bring them).
Child car seats (for children up to 2 years old) are limited in number. Please specify if you require one when making your reservation.

For safety reasons, pregnant customers are not permitted to participate.

Infants (under 2 years old) are welcome to participate, but there will be no dedicated seating for them.

If you are booking at the child rate (ages 3-11), you will need to send a copy of your passport after booking for verification purposes.
