- Passengers from Taiwan must have and present a motorcycle driving license, and foreign passengers must also prepare an international driving license. If you are unable to receive a motorcycle because you do not present a legal driving license, please be informed.

Q1: How long is the experience time for each trip?
Ans: The water sports itinerary is available from 09:00 to 16:00 (the rest time of the water sports area is from 12:00 to 13:30. No water sports will be available during this period)
Q2: Does the itinerary of 5-6 hours include boating time?
Ans: Included
Q3: Where to collect motorcycle and boat tickets?
Ans: Receive it together with the boat ticket and bus ticket when checking in at the Jin Bada Express Boat Counter
Q4: What transportation is provided on the island?
Ans: It is only available for motorcycle tourists. You can pick it up when you land on the island. You can use it until the last boat boarding.
Q5: What is the age limit for water activities?
Ans: You must be over 12 years old. Children under 12 years old need to be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 3-6 can only ride the banana boat and must be accompanied by an adult.
Q6: Can pets be brought?
Ans: Passengers are advised to use a cage or pet bag to carry the pet, and note it on the order in advance.
Q7: Is there a place for passengers to wash their hands after the activity?
Ans: The Peng Guan Office has built restrooms and changing rooms in the water sports area of Jibei Island. If there is no restroom, you can only simply wash it outdoors.
Q8: I want to see the fireworks before leaving the Penghu Fireworks Festival. Are there any later departure times?
Ans: All the boats returning to the Fireworks Festival are fully booked, please be careful.
Q9: Does the shipping service for this product have to go back and forth on the same day?
Ans: The ferry ticket is for a round trip on the same day. If you want to stay overnight, you need to pay a one-way fare of NT$250 (the actual fare depends on the site); the motorcycle can only be used on the same day. If you need to renew, please contact the motorcycle operator yourself.

The motorcycles on Jibei Island are for two people. If you ride alone, you need to pay the price difference on site at NT$100/person.
Reminders
Passengers are requested to check in and board the ship 20 minutes before departure. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for late arrivals or those who are unable to board the ship due to personal reasons.
Passengers are advised to take the originally scheduled outbound ferry. If tourists miss the originally scheduled flight, they need to purchase an additional one-way outbound ferry ticket on site (fare 250/person). The original return time will need to be rescheduled on site.
Taiwanese passengers must possess and present a motorcycle driver's license, and foreign passengers must also have an international driving permit; failure to present a valid driver's license will result in being unable to use the motorcycle.
If different orders need to be combined, please inform the supplier in advance in the order remarks so that the supplier can process the order; if no prior notice is given, the order will be processed accordingly, and the price difference will need to be paid on-site for any order with multiple orders.
