Pregnant Women Policy

Pregnant women are restricted from using the massage service.

Please read the following information carefully before making your reservation. 

- Advance reservation is highly recommended to secure your preferred treatment time. 

- Please arrive at the spa at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment for check-in. 

- Guests arriving late may have their treatment duration shortened without a refund to avoid affecting subsequent appointments. 

- Walk-in guests are welcome, subject to availability. 

- Please present your booking confirmation or voucher upon arrival. Inform the spa in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or if you are pregnant, as certain treatments may not be suitable. 

- Guests under the influence of alcohol may be refused treatment for safety reasons. Children must be accompanied by an adult. 

- Treatment duration includes consultation and preparation time. 

- The spa reserves the right to adjust or substitute therapists based on operational requirements. 

- Personal valuables should be kept with you at all times. The spa is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. 

- Cancellation or amendment policies are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking platform. Please review the cancellation policy before confirming your reservation.
