All infants and children aged under 7 years must be correctly secured in an approved child seat while travelling in any Southern Discoveries coach.

- Para cancelaciones realizadas de 3 a 4 días antes de la fecha seleccionada, se aplicará una tarifa de cancelación del 50%
- No se permite la cancelación entre 0 y 2 días desde la fecha seleccionada. Los pedidos no pueden cancelarse ni modificarse, y no se concederán reembolsos.
- Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelación confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor. Espere de 2 a 5 días hábiles para procesar su solicitud de cancelación, tras lo cual se cobrará la tarifa de cancelación según la política del producto. Una vez confirmada la cancelación, recibirá su reembolso en un plazo de 14 días hábiles.
