We cannot accommodate or store large luggage on the vehicle. Please arrange to store them before the tour.
Recommended Clothing:
Please dress in layers so you can easily adjust your clothing to accommodate temperature changes throughout the day.
Bus Seating Requests:
We do not accept advanced seat selections or specific seating requests for the bus.
Support Staff Role:
The accompanying support staff is not a licensed tour guide and will not provide professional guiding services. However, they will manage the schedule and gladly assist you with any necessary support.

Severe Weather Cancellation:
In the event of heavy snowfall that triggers weather warnings, the tour will be canceled and a full refund will be processed.
Traffic & Snow Delays:
Depending on snow and road conditions, the duration of stay at each destination may be shortened. Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- For cancellations made 0 to 0 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
