You could proceed to Exit 3B for the hotel shuttle. It runs every 30 minutes from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM. Call the hotel for the pick-up time. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

Day 2 Salt Lake City--Jackson--Grand Teton National Park--Yellowstone National Park

Itinerary:

Salt Lake City → Jackson → Jackson Town Square with Elk Antler Arches (60 mins) → Grand Teton National Park (60 mins) → Yellowstone National Park (40 mins, stop at West Thumb Geyser Basin) → West Yellowstone

Day 3 Yellowstone National Park (Full Day)
Itinerary:

West Yellowstone → Yellowstone National Park (7 hours, stop at Norris Geyser Basin, Steamboat Geyser, Canyon Village, Upper Falls, Artist Point, Hayden Valley, Mud Volcano, Fishing Bridge, Old Faithful Geyser, Fountain Paint Pot, Morning Glory Pool and other attractions.
