Important Note on Shipping:
It takes about 2 weeks for the lacquer to dry. Your chopsticks will be shipped internationally at a later date. (Shipping fees must be paid on-site.)

As we use natural lacquer (Urushi), there is a risk of skin irritation or allergic reactions. Please be aware that the workshop cannot be held responsible for any skin rashes or irritation that may occur.

Reminders
Refunds will not be provided if you fail to arrive at the meeting location on time (no show).
In the event of a natural disaster, such as a typhoon, the tour will be canceled, and a full refund will be issued.
Please personally take responsibility for your valuables.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTA
- Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelación confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor. Espere de 2 a 5 días hábiles para procesar su solicitud de cancelación, tras lo cual se cobrará la tarifa de cancelación según la política del producto. Una vez confirmada la cancelación, recibirá su reembolso en un plazo de 14 días hábiles.
