(Entry into swimming areas is prohibited) ć»Those who are intoxicated or feeling unwell are not permitted to use the equipment. ć»Please always follow the instructions of the staff. ć»Please handle the rental equipment appropriately in accordance with the staff's explanation and terms of use. Except for minor dirt and wear and tear from normal use, if the equipment is damaged or lost due to the customer's intentional act, negligence, violation of rules, or improper handling, you may be charged for repair costs, replacement costs, and other necessary actual costs. ć»SUP is an activity performed in nature. We are not responsible for accidents, injuries, theft, or loss unless there is negligence on the part of our facility. ć»In the event of an accident or injury, please inform the staff immediately.

* For those arriving by train: 8-minute walk from Omi-Maiko Station on the JR Kosei Line.

- Para cancelaciones realizadas de 2 a 7 dĆas antes de la fecha seleccionada, se aplicarĆ” una tarifa de cancelaciĆ³n del 50%
- Para cancelaciones realizadas de 1 a 1 dĆas antes de la fecha seleccionada, se aplicarĆ” una tarifa de cancelaciĆ³n del 80%
- No se permite la cancelaciĆ³n entre 0 y 0 dĆas desde la fecha seleccionada. Los pedidos no pueden cancelarse ni modificarse, y no se concederĆ”n reembolsos.
NOTA
- Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelaciĆ³n confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor. Espere de 2 a 5 dĆas hĆ”biles para procesar su solicitud de cancelaciĆ³n, tras lo cual se cobrarĆ” la tarifa de cancelaciĆ³n segĆŗn la polĆtica del producto.
