Product Info

-What you can expect-
Discover the Great Temples of Abu Simbel on this full-day tour and hear about their history from your guide. Then, enjoy a Nubian lunch – a delectable fusion of African and Middle Eastern flavours.

Abu Simbel showcases some of the most impressive and unique temples in Egypt. Your day will begin with a visit to these grand temples, which were ingeniously relocated by UNESCO in the 1960s to save them from submersion due to rising Nile waters. As you explore these historical gems, you'll hear tales about the remarkable engineering feats of the ancient Egyptians.

Then, it is time to indulge in a delicious lunch at a Nubian restaurant, where you can try specialities such as Tagine, a hearty stew cooked in a traditional conical clay pot, packed with vegetables and meat.

After the experience, your guide and driver will escort you back to Aswan.
