  • Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

  • The transfer service operator will contact you by email/Whatsapp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details

  • Please provide your pick-up date and time, number of participants, pick-up and drop-off point, flight number, full name (all passengers), year of birth (all passengers) at the checkout

  • Waiting time: For international flights - 90 minutes; For domestic flights - 60 minutes; For train station/bus station/hotel: 30 minutes
