This delectable meal, whose name translates to "earth oven" in Quechua, is cooked using hot rocks underground. The experience begins with you participating in the preparation of the Pachamanca, offering an insight into its rich history and cultural significance.

The menu boasts a variety of meats including chicken, pork, and lamb, accompanied by Andean potatoes and sweet potatoes. Complement your meal with organic vegetables, homemade salad, traditional sauces, and a refreshing purple corn drink known as "chicha morada".
