Muay Thai, often referred to as 'The Art of Eight Limbs', utilises various clinching techniques and combines the use of elbows, fists, knees, and shins. Throughout the class, professional instructors are on hand to provide useful tips and tricks, guiding you every step of the way.

Once you've grasped the basics of Muay Thai, the trainer transitions into your boxing partner, assisting you in improving your technique. This hands-on approach ensures a comprehensive understanding of this traditional martial art form.
