This service can be booked from the airport to the hotel or vice versa. Pre-book a private transfer by air-conditioned vehicle. Enjoy a door-to-door service that is both relaxed and efficient. Your driver will meet you on arrival and will be holding a sign with your name on it for ease of contact. While they take care of your belongings, you can refresh yourself from your flight.

You can choose between the following vehicle options available in the order box:

- Car (Toyota Vios or similar): Maximum 2 passengers

- Van (Toyota Innova or similar): Maximum 3 passengers

- Bus (Ford Transit or similar): Maximum 8 passengers

Reminders

  • Please refer to your voucher for final information regarding meeting points, pick-up locations, and pick-up time

  • Know in advance:Luggage Information: Each passenger is allowed to have one 24 inch (22 inch x 11 inch x 9 inch) sized luggage with a maximum weight of 20kg and 1 small personal bag that is free of charge. Extra luggage can be denied or charged at an extra cost if there is no space in the vehicle to accommodate it

  • Your driver will be Vietnamese speaking (other languages available upon request with surcharge)

  • The transfer service operator will contact you by email/WhatsApp within 24 hours after your booking is made to confirm your travel details
