Go for an extended and different tour of Helsinki which will show you the city's highlights from the water before taking you on a island walk.

Upon leaving from the Market Square area, your first stop will be at Allas Sauna & Pools, the carpet washers and cafés in Kaivopuisto, Löyly. You will then go full throttle towards Suomenlinna fortress and the submarine, enjoying the speed and thrill of a RIB on the way.

Your next stop is the award winning Light Art Installation Silo 648, before you head for the ice breakers on summer holiday. You will also visit the urban pop-up sauna Sompasauna, run by Helsinki activists and open to everybody. But beware, naked human alert!

You will then head to Vallisaari or Isosaari, both of which are former military islands that are now open to the public. You will enjoy and a 1.5h walk and you will learn how nature there has been remarkably well preserved.
