If you are late for the event due to personal reasons and miss it, your order will be non-refundable and non-changeable, and you will lose all the money. Please be aware of this.

A minimum of 6 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 1 day(s) before the departure date
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 17:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Pregnant women
Please arrive at the designated location 15 minute(s) before the scheduled departure time, as the tour will depart on time
This product is not suitable for children under 7 years old.
Ages 7-12 (inclusive): Child price applies. Children must be at least 7 years old and over 120 cm tall to ride. The weight limit for children is 50 kg.
Passengers aged 70 and above must confirm that they are in good health to travel and provide a health certificate (electronic version is acceptable) before departure. They must be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or above throughout the trip.
Since some vehicle models do not have a luggage compartment, if you bring luggage that you have not informed us of in advance and there is not enough room on the vehicle, the driver/guide has the right to refuse to let you bring your luggage on the vehicle. You can store your luggage near the meeting point and then join the tour.
The hot air balloon burner will drip water mixed with charcoal, so it is advisable not to wear white or light-colored clothing.
Hot air balloon flights are dependent on weather conditions. For passenger safety, we will suspend the flight program in some unsuitable weather conditions (such as strong winds, rain, or fog). You can choose to get a refund or reschedule.
