Accademia and Uffizi Galleries guided tour with optional lunch

Meeting point description: At the corner between Via Ricasoli and Piazza San Marco, in front of the loggiato of Accademia delle Belle Arti. An Assistant will be waiting for you wearing blue clothing with Caf Tour and Gray Line logos. It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to join the visit, nor to have a refund or reschedule the guided visit.(Via Ricasoli, 58, Florence, Metropolitan City of Florence, Italy)

Not allowed:No drinking allowed inside the exhibition rooms

Know in advance:The guided service may be exceptionally provided in two languages due to operational reasons

Only bottles of water not exceeding 0.5 litres are allowed inside the Accademia Gallery (the authorities responsible for checking bags are obligated to remove any bottled or canned

Access to the Galleria dell'Accademia di Firenze is included in the tour price and costs €20 for adults aged 26+, €2 for EU citizens aged 18 to 25, and is free for visitors under 18. Access to the Uffizi is also included in the tour price and costs €29 for adults aged 26+, €2 for EU citizens aged 18 to 25, and is free for visitors under 18. Additional fees cover the guided tour and other services included in the experience

To confirm your booking, you'll need to provide the following details for all participants: first name, last name, date of birth, passport or ID number, a valid mobile phone number that can receive calls or messages while in Italy, and an email address you'll be able to access during your stay. If any of the required information is missing, your booking can't be confirmed

There's a compulsory security check that may cause some delays at the entrance of the museums

It is mandatory to arrive at the meeting point at the mentioned check-in time. The tour cannot wait for latecomers and no-shows are non-refundable
