<About Start Time>
・You can choose your preferred start time between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM (available in 1-hour intervals).
・Due to the availablity of reservation time slots, we will contact you to confirm the exact start time.
(※If you select 8:00 AM, you will be assigned to 8:00, 8:15, 8:30, or 8:45 AM depending on availability.)
・Please be in your golf cart at least 5 minutes before your tee time.

・Please prepare your own attire that complies with the dress code.
・Shoes are available for rental. (Please select your size)
・Clubs are also available for rental. (We may not be able to accommodate requests for specific brands or models)

【About Dress Code】
＜Inside the Clubhouse＞
・Please wear a jacket when entering and exiting. (Excluding June to September)
・Please refrain from wearing jeans, training wear, T-shirts, slippers, sandals etc. when visiting.
・Please refrain from wearing hats inside the building.
・When using the restaurant, please remove rainwear, etc.
・Please refrain from draping towels around your neck, shoulders, or waist.
＜During the Game＞
・For safety and heatstroke prevention, please wear a hat, visor, or cap.
・Please refrain from wearing jeans, workout clothes, work clothes, etc.
・Please refrain from wearing collarless shirts, T-shirts, or tank tops.
・When wearing underwear, please always wear a shirt over it.
・There are no specific length requirements for short socks when wearing shorts or skirts. (We recommend knee-high socks for injury prevention.)
・Please refrain from wearing shirts untucked. (Exceptions apply for shirts designed to be worn untucked.)
・Please refrain from wearing towels around your neck, draped over your shoulders, or tied around your waist.
【Manners & Etiquette】
・ Please board your cart at least 5 minutes before your start time.
・Aim to complete each half-round within 2 hours and 15 minutes, and be sure to play fast.
・Please avoid leaving gaps between your group and the group ahead.
・To ensure smooth play progression, after your tee shot, always carry 2-3 clubs and advance to your ball's position.
・Hitting into the group ahead is extremely dangerous. Always check your distance from the group ahead and play safely.
・When you enter a bunker, please rake it yourself.
・Please repair ball marks on the greens.
・On the greens, avoid dragging your shoes or using your putter as a walking stick to prevent damaging the surface.
・When using a caddie bag, please do not bring it onto the greens.
・Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is permitted only in designated areas. (Do not discard cigarette butts on the course turf as this can cause fires.)
・Please refrain from loud talking inside the clubhouse and on the course.
・Please do not drink alcohol in the lobby.
【For Guests Who Need a Return Taxi】
If you need a taxi for your return trip, we can arrange one for you.
Please let us know at the front desk upon arrival, during your break, or after your round.
※Payment must be made directly by the guest.
※We highly recommend requesting your taxi upon arrival or during your break to ensure a timely pickup.

- No se permite la cancelación entre 0 y 0 días desde la fecha seleccionada. Los pedidos no pueden cancelarse ni modificarse, y no se concederán reembolsos.
- Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelación confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor. Espere de 2 a 5 días hábiles para procesar su solicitud de cancelación, tras lo cual se cobrará la tarifa de cancelación según la política del producto. Una vez confirmada la cancelación, recibirá su reembolso en un plazo de 14 días hábiles.
