The 'Mikiki x Momoland Sky Island Summer Adventure' inflatable park is set against the backdrop of a floating Sky Island. The story goes that the island is covered by dark clouds and can only be cleared by the happy energy generated by rainbow carrots. Alien rabbits Momo and Mobi head to the Sky Island to take on 7 major challenges, including obstacle courses that test balance and coordination, an inflatable bouncy zone for kids to jump to their hearts' content, and a high-speed slide from a 4.5-meter platform. It is exciting, fun, and a true test of courage.

• Each ticket is valid for a single entry for one child aged 4-15. Accompanying adults can be swapped.
• Each paying adult can accompany up to 2 children.
• The facilities are suitable for children aged 4-15 and must be accompanied by a parent. Admission is not recommended for children under 4.

— Terms and Conditions —

• All game tickets sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• No advance booking is available; please queue on-site for admission.
• Participants must present their tickets to enter the game area.
• A deposit of HKD 100 is required upon entry, which can be used for additional spending and will be refunded upon departure after the 30-minute session.
• Please read and comply with all entry requirements, including safety and hygiene, personal belongings, facilities, and fees, before entering.
• Each game session lasts 30 minutes. Participants and their parents/guardians must read and agree to the height restrictions and rules for each game before participating.
• During the game, participants must follow the supervision and instructions of the staff. Staff reserve the right to ask anyone who does not follow the guidelines to leave the game area.
• Participants are responsible for their own belongings. Staff will not look after any personal property and will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Arrangements for severe weather: The inflatable park will remain open during Red or Black Rainstorm Warnings. If a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or higher is issued before opening (or if a Signal No. 9 or higher is issued during operating hours), the park will temporarily suspend operations. If the signal is lowered after 4:00 PM, the park will remain closed for the rest of the day. For sessions affected by closures, customers will be arranged a free rescheduling. • The event is subject to terms and conditions and may be changed without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the event organizer reserves the right of final decision.

Before entering the venue, parents must read the entry requirements carefully:

1. The venue opening hours are 11:00-20:30. If you enter after 20:00, the departure time remains 20:30.
2. All visitors must wear non-slip socks. To ensure the safety of children, crowd control measures will be implemented when the venue exceeds its capacity.
3. The facilities are suitable for children aged 4-15 and must be entered with parental accompaniment. The venue will not be held responsible for any accidents such as falls or choking if children are not accompanied by parents. Children and adults entering the venue should not engage in rough play, pushing, or running/jumping violently to avoid collisions or stepping on others.
4. Do not bring hard or sharp objects (such as hair clips, accessories, keys, etc.), nail clippers, scissors, sharp tools, or lighters into the venue.
5. Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the venue. Bringing any food or beverages is not allowed.
6. During play, please follow venue safety rules and staff instructions. Do not perform dangerous actions.
7. Individuals aged 60 or above, pregnant women, those with infectious diseases, heart disease, cardiovascular/cerebrovascular diseases, those under the influence of alcohol, or those feeling unwell are not permitted to enter.
8. Shoe lockers are provided for visitors to store items for free. We are not responsible for any loss; please keep your valuables with you or entrust them to your accompanying adult. The park and the venue will not be held liable for any lost items.
9. The minimum charge for entry is 30 minutes. Fees are calculated per 30-minute block; any duration less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes.
10. Staff reserve the right to verify the identity of members; guests may be required to present identification documents.
11. The company reserves the right to freeze or cancel the membership of any member who does not follow the rules without prior notice.
12. The company reserves the right to change all membership rules and terms.

Entry Requirements:

1. Shoes are not allowed inside the playground. Customers must wear clean, non-slip socks to enter.
2. Children must be under the supervision of at least one adult aged 18 or above to enter and play.
3. The company only provides venue facility services and does not provide child-minding services.
4. Parents are responsible for the safety of their children or the children they bring and assume full responsibility for the care of the accompanying children.
5. Parents must guide and supervise their accompanying children and ensure they do not run, push, fight, bully, throw objects, or urinate in the venue.
6. A stroller parking area is provided. Bringing strollers, carts, shopping trolleys, storage boxes with wheels, luggage, or any large items into the venue is prohibited.
7. Bringing or using any dangerous items into the venue is prohibited to avoid damaging the facilities.
8. It is recommended that customers wear suitable casual or sportswear (long pants) to enter.

Hygiene and Safety

1. The venue must be kept clean. Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside; no food or beverages are allowed. If the venue is soiled, the company reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $300 or more.
2. Littering, spitting, or any unhygienic behavior is prohibited. If the venue is soiled, the company reserves the right to charge a cleaning fee of $300 or more.
3. The use of obscene language or engaging in behavior deemed indecent, offensive, aggressive, disturbing, or inappropriate is prohibited.
4. The company reserves the right to refuse entry or expel anyone who may pose a risk of disease transmission, or who exhibits aggressive or violent behavior.
5. Do not obstruct or interfere with staff in the performance of their duties or the enforcement of any venue rules.
6. If you notice anyone feeling unwell, please notify our staff immediately.
7. The company will not be held liable for any injuries resulting from the improper use of facilities.
8. A first-aid kit is available on-site for emergencies. Please contact our front desk staff if needed.
9. To ensure cleanliness, our staff will be cleaning and disinfecting the premises throughout the day.

Personal Belongings

1. Customers are advised to take care of their personal belongings while in the venue and avoid bringing any valuables. The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
2. Please keep your locker key safe when renting a locker. A fee will be charged for the replacement of the lock if the key is lost.
3. The company reserves the right to handle all unclaimed property without prior notice.

Facilities and Fees

1. The playground operates on a time-based billing system. Fees are calculated in 30-minute increments, with a minimum charge of 30 minutes; any duration less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes. If you exceed the time by 1 minute, the system will automatically start a new 30-minute billing cycle.
2. The facilities meet relevant safety standards, and we regularly arrange for inspections and maintenance. If you discover any damage to the facilities, please notify our staff immediately.
3. If a customer damages any facilities within the playground during use, the company reserves the right to claim reasonable compensation, the amount of which shall be determined by the company.
