_Meeting Point_
- Alice Springs Departures: Pick up from your accommodation at approximately 6am.
- Yulara / Ayers Rock Airport Departures: Pick up at the front of Desert Gardens Hotel at 1:45pm or Ayers Rock Airport at 2pm (your flight must arrive before 1:40 pm).
_End Point_
- Finishing in Alice Springs: 6pm on day 3. *Supplier cannot guarantee arriving in time to board the Ghan or any flight on this day.
- Finishing in Yulara: 9am on day 4 at Desert Gardens Hotel or Ayers Rock Airport.
Duration approx. : 3 Days (or 4 Days for 3 Nights tour)
Luggage Instructions : Luggage limit of 15kg in soft bag plus carry on day pack. No hard cases please.
Accommodation: Permanent Eco Tent – Twin-share permanent eco tent with bed, linen & towel, sleeping bag and pillow provided (shared showers and toilets).

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 30 day(s) before the departure date
A Multilingual Audio Guide is available via mobile app after booking, allowing guests to follow the tour in their preferred language.

You will receive a check-in email 7 days before departure. Please confirm your pickup location and advise any dietary requirements.
Please be ready at your designated pickup point on time. No refunds will be given for no-shows or late arrivals.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 30 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 29 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
