-What you can expect-
On your E-Fat bike you will discover the places where Vincent van Gogh created a quarter of his works on this self-guided tour. You can also see the many places he captured, such as watermills, churches, windmills and nature reserves. Of course, the place where he made one of his most famous works 'The Potato Eaters' is not missing. You will also see the beautiful Van Gogh church, opposite the place where he posted his letters to his brother Theo.

An important part of this unique tour is the Van Gogh Village Museum in Nuenen. The visit to this beautiful museum includes audio system (Dutch, English, German, French, Spanish, Italian, Chinese and Japanese). There is no other place in the Netherlands where you can get so close to the painter. Nuenen alone has 14 locations painted or sketched by Vincent van Gogh.

You will make this tour of 35 km on a robust, urban and tough bike that enables you to reach a speed of up to 25 km per hour with minimal effort and a slow rotating movement. You will explore the environment that Van Gogh loved so much.

You can easily follow the route via the web app on your phone. All locations are described in detail.

  • Audio guide at Van Gogh Village Museum in Nuenen Museum is available in English, Italian, French, English, German, Dutch, Japanese and Chinese

  • The route is available via web app on your smartphone (you do not need to download the app link in advance)

  • You will receive the entrance ticket for the Van Gogh Village Museum on the day of your tour at the starting point
