Set off on a culinary journey through the narrow alleyways of Florence, guided by a local food enthusiast. The adventure begins at Piazza della Repubblica, where you'll be introduced to traditional Florentine dishes and the concept of cucina povera, a regional cuisine.

As you explore the city's main squares, you'll make your way to Via Lambertesca, leading to a farm-to-table delicatessen, where you'll taste of Tuscan prosciutto and other salumi, all sourced from his own free-range organic farm. Enjoy the rich flavours of Tuscan Extra Virgin Olive Oil on toasted bread paired with local pecorino cheese, complemented by a glass of Chianti. Your gastronomic tour continues past Piazza della Signoria towards your next stop, where you can savour local dishes such as ribollita or panzanella, pappa al pomodoro, lampredotto and bread, all accompanied by local wine.

Next, it's time to visit an enoteca — a treasure trove of regional products including wines, olive oils, and pastries.
