Your visit begins in a cosy space where games and interactive displays introduce you to farm life – how animals are cared for, how milk becomes cheese etc. Then, it's outside to meet the cows, pigs and chickens. Next comes the hands-on bit. Everyone gets to make their own cheese. At the estate's old cheese-making table, you'll craft your own small cheese using traditional techniques.
