You must complete the "SAGAWA Hands-Free Travel" registration before use; otherwise, your application will not be accepted.
The deadline for receiving mail varies from station to station, so please be sure to confirm in advance.
Delivery to hotels requires proof of accommodation booking; this does not apply to some accommodations (guesthouses, unmanaged accommodations).
Acceptable luggage dimensions: total dimensions (length, width, and height) within 200cm and weight under 30kg. Valuables, dangerous goods, and fragile items are not accepted.
The estimated delivery date can only be set up to one week in advance, so please plan your trip accordingly.
This service is only available to guests who have already booked accommodation (if they choose delivery to the hotel).

- Usage Process -
- Before heading to the counter, please register your delivery destination on the "SAGAWA Hands-Free Travel" website. Select the corresponding link based on your departure station to complete the registration for your delivery destination (station or hotel). After completion, the system will issue a "Shipping Order QR Code," which you should keep safe.

※Reference websites: Kyoto Station / Osaka Station / Shin-Osaka Station / Hiroshima Station / Hakata Station departures - Please arrive at the baggage claim counter before the deadline specified by each station. Deadlines vary by station, so please confirm in advance.
- Present the QR code and print the shipping document. At the counter, present both the "Electronic Ticket QR Code" and the "SAGAWA Hands-Free Travel QR Code," scan the QR code with the counter machine to print the shipping document, and then hand it directly to the staff.
- To collect your luggage at your destination, simply show your QR code at the Crosta/Luggage claim counter at the destination station or the front desk of your hotel.

- No se permite la cancelación entre 0 y 0 días desde la fecha seleccionada. Los pedidos no pueden cancelarse ni modificarse, y no se concederán reembolsos.
