Reminders
You must complete the "SAGAWA Hands-Free Travel" registration before use; otherwise, your application will not be accepted.
The deadline for receiving mail varies from station to station, so please be sure to confirm in advance.
Delivery to hotels requires proof of accommodation booking; this does not apply to some accommodations (guesthouses, unmanaged accommodations).
Acceptable luggage dimensions: total dimensions (length, width, and height) within 200cm and weight under 30kg. Valuables, dangerous goods, and fragile items are not accepted.
The estimated delivery date can only be set up to one week in advance, so please plan your trip accordingly.
This service is only available to guests who have already booked accommodation (if they choose delivery to the hotel).

How to Use
【Usage Process】
- Register your delivery destination in advance
Before heading to the counter, please visit the 'SAGAWA Hands-Free Travel' website. Select the appropriate link based on your departure station to register your delivery destination (station or hotel). Once completed, the system will issue a 'QR Code for Shipping Label Issuance'; please keep it safe.

※Reference website: Departures from Kyoto Station/Osaka Station/Shin-Osaka Station/Hiroshima Station/Hakata Station - Arrive at the luggage counter before the cutoff time
Please arrive at the Crosta/luggage reception counter before the specified cutoff time for each station. Cutoff times vary by station, so please be sure to check in advance. - Present the QR Code and print the shipping label
Present both your 'Electronic Ticket QR Code' and the 'SAGAWA Hands-Free Travel QR Code' at the counter. Use the counter machine to scan the QR codes to print your shipping label, then hand it directly to the staff. - Collect your luggage at the destination
Upon arriving at your destination, present your QR code at the destination station's Crosta/luggage reception counter or the hotel front desk to collect your luggage.

Validity Period
- The voucher must be used on the selected date and within operating hours; Invalid after expiration
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
