Begin your tour at a family-run restaurant in El Born, serving locals since the 1960s. Enjoy a classic Catalan breakfast featuring a Spanish potato omelette and local bites on artisan bread. Then explore the historic streets of El Born, where your expert guide will share stories that bring Barcelona's rich past to life. Along the way, stop at one of the city's last remaining speciality shops to sample one of their signature products.

Next, head to the seaside neighbourhood of La Barceloneta and visit a vibrant local food market. Taste seasonal fruit, Spanish cheeses, cured meats, and jamón ibérico as you learn about local traditions and daily life. Continue through this iconic district before stopping at a traditional bodega for a classic Spanish aperitif: vermouth paired with the famous bomba tapa, said to have originated here.

End the tour with a traditional meal in the old fishermen's quarter at a beloved local restaurant dating back to the 1950s. Savour seafood paella made with seasonal ingredients and paired with local wine. By the end of the experience, you'll have a deeper understanding of Barcelona's food culture, history, and traditions.
