During the observation period, we will provide a late-night snack for our guests. A sample dinner will include hot, crispy pancakes with fish stew. We also have a wide selection of teas and hot chocolate. (Soups are cream-based; however, a thicker soup can be prepared for vegetarian guests upon prior request.) The specific menu will be subject to availability on the day.

The tour is expected to end at 1:30 AM the following day, but if the aurora borealis remains active, we may ask if anyone would like to stay longer.
