You'll savour four distinct extra virgin oils, each derived from native cultivars flourishing in this volcanic area. The volcano's mineral-rich soil imparts these oils with their own sensory characteristics. An expert will guide you through a structured tasting, including visual, olfactory and flavour analysis, helping you recognise quality and understand how the oils are produced. Bread and crostini are served alongside the tasting to help you appreciate the nuances of each oil.

This experience is suitable whether you're already familiar with olive oil or simply curious to learn more. It offers a closer look at Mediterranean flavours, the surrounding landscape and the traditions connected to this local production.
