Lounge Pass Product Information
- This lounge is part of the BTS THE CITY ARIRANG BUSAN official partner program and is operated as a premium gourmet lounge within the Port Village Busan 2026 venue
- This lounge is not a BTS concert venue, and BTS members will not be present
- An e-voucher with QR code is required for fast track access and lounge access
- Those in the same booking must all enter together, enter separately is not allowed
Admission Operations
- Entry to the dining area takes approximately 10 to 15 minutes. For specific time, please ask the restaurant staff
- Upon entry, on-site staff will check the reservation or the ticket, and then provide the wristband
- The wristband wearer is confirmed as a user for the corresponding session and is permitted to enter and exit the premises during dining operating hours
- First-time visitor without a wristband must be accompanied by another individual. Some may not be allowed to enter alone

Fast Track Product Information
- This product is a Fast Track (priority entry) voucher that allows faster entry.
- Instead of waiting in the general admission line, which takes an average of 1–2 hours, you can enter more quickly through the dedicated entrance. Depending on on-site crowd levels and waiting conditions, there may still be a separate Fast Track queue.
- This product is a temporary event-only pass that can only be used within the designated period. Refunds will not be provided regardless of venue crowd levels.
