Discover one of Taipei's little-known secrets: Taiwan's first brewery. This century-old establishment, built in 1920, is the birthplace and origin of Taiwan Beer. Hidden in the heart of Taipei's city center, this registered historical site is a prime example of vibrant cultural heritage, brewing beer for generations and still in production today.
During this guided tour, you will enjoy:
- An immersive tour takes you inside a historic brewery and museum, tracing the development of Taiwan Beer from the Japanese colonial period to the present day.
- Well-preserved buildings, antique bottles, and rare labels reflect the cultural and historical evolution of Taiwan.
- A maximum of 1 liter of fresh Taiwan beer (18 days) can be poured out of the beer tank.
