Important Notice Regarding Schedule
If no passengers are scheduled to get off at Otaru Station, the arrival times for all remaining stops after Otaru Station will be 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. We appreciate your understanding.
Operation by Hokkaido Chuo Bus
Duration of sightseeing may be changed due to the traffic and the number of passengers
Arrival time will be earlier than scheduled time due to the holiday break or the restriction condition of the facility.
Please allow enough time for transfer to the other modes of transport, because buses may be delayed due to the traffic jams or adverse weather conditions.
Tours may be cancelled due to the snow and/or other disasters.
The Shakotan Glass Bottom Boat Cruise is an optional tour. The cruise may be cancelled depending on the weather and ocean conditions.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
