Questions regarding reservations:

• Question 1: Please tell us the ages of all participants. *If you don't know the ages of your companions, please let us know via Activity Japan message after making your reservation.
• Question 2: If any of the following apply to you, we will refuse your participation (charge a fee for cancellation) or return you to port midway through the tour: - Pregnant - Requires assistance to board or disembark the boat - Unable to walk - Participating while intoxicated (or under the influence of alcohol) - Moving around or standing up suddenly on board without permission - Not wearing a life jacket (if instructed) - Not following staff instructions Please answer yes if you agree to these conditions and wish to participate in the tour.
• Question 3: To ensure a comfortable experience on the boat, please be sure to bring motion sickness medication. No refunds or deductions will be given if you become seasick and are unable to participate in the fishing experience on board. Please answer "Yes" if you agree to these terms and conditions and wish to participate in the tour.
• Question 4: All fish targeted in the fishing experience are wild-caught, and since fishing is an activity that depends on nature, there is a possibility that you may not catch any fish depending on the sea conditions and weather on the day. In such cases, we will not be able to reduce or refund the experience fee, so please understand this in advance before participating. Important information regarding your reservation is written in the Notes, Other Special Notes, and Remarks section. Please be sure to check all the contents before making a reservation and make your reservation only after you have read and agreed to the contents. By completing your reservation, you will be deemed to have read and agreed to all the contents written in the Notes, Other Special Notes, and Remarks section. • Question 5: Regarding reservations for one person We do accept reservations for one person, but the minimum number of people required for departure is two. Therefore, we may need to discuss the date and time with you when you make your reservation. Also, if the minimum number of people is not met on your reservation date, we may suggest rescheduling to another date or cancel the tour. If you agree to the above, please answer [Yes].

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The event may be canceled in case of inclement weather. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs in such cases.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ●We do not offer this service to pregnant women. ●We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who have consumed alcohol. ●In accordance with Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the Marine Safety Act, if there are two or more adults participating, all children aged 3 to 6 can participate for free. Children who are eligible for free will participate in the fishing experience together with an adult, so fishing rods will only be provided for the number of adults. Also, if there is only one adult participating, children aged 3 to 6 will be charged the adult rate, so please be aware of this. ●If you are unable to make it to the departure time due to a change in time due to customer reasons, traffic jams, delays in public transportation, or flight delays, the full cancellation fee will be charged, so please allow ample time. ●If you are unable to participate on the day due to poor health, including a hangover, a cancellation fee will be charged, so please be aware of this. We cannot provide service in accordance with the Okinawa Prefectural Police Diving Regulations. ●Even in the case of inclement weather (rain or clouds) that makes it possible to hold the tour, we regret that we cannot accept changes to the date or time at the customer's request or convenience.

Other special notes:

• First-time anglers are very prone to seasickness. Please bring motion sickness medication and take precautions against seasickness. We use four contracted fishing boats. The boat you will use will be decided on the day depending on the reservation status. Some boats do not have toilet facilities or have little (or no) shade. Please use the restroom before boarding and prepare your own sun protection and heatstroke prevention measures. This tour is a beginner-friendly fishing experience plan conducted in the natural waters of central Okinawa Island, and therefore we cannot guarantee a catch. All fish targeted in this experience fishing are wild fish, so there is a possibility that you may not catch any depending on the weather and natural conditions. Please understand this in advance. This plan is designed for you to enjoy the "experience itself," including the beautiful sea and cruising unique to Okinawa, and the support of the guide. We hope you will understand that this is an activity that involves nature and enjoy the process of fishing as well. For customers who prioritize catches or are aiming for big fish, we recommend using specialized fishing boats or other shops that offer full-fledged fishing plans. In Okinawa Prefecture, due to fishing rights and laws, you cannot take home any octopus species, spiny lobsters, slipper lobsters, shellfish, corals, or groupers and white-spotted wrasse that do not meet the specified size. Occasionally, you may catch these on this tour, but please be aware that in such cases you will be required to hand them over to the captain who holds the fishing rights. [Important] Regarding bringing your catch to restaurants All of the restaurants we introduce that allow you to bring your catch are privately owned izakayas and restaurants in Okinawa Prefecture. We introduce restaurants that are relatively easy to access thanks to the captain's recommendations, but we may not be able to provide you with a restaurant on the day due to regular closing days, temporary closures, full capacity, or other reasons on the restaurant's side. Also, even if you bring your catch, the restaurant may decide to change its policy, such as: - Not being able to serve the fish you caught raw (sashimi, etc.) - Limiting the types and quantities of fish that can be cooked - Only cooking a portion of the fish you brought - Refusing to cook the fish due to its condition or size. Our service is offered solely as a "service to introduce restaurants that allow outside food" in conjunction with fishing tours. We do not guarantee or specify any provision for bringing in outside food, cooking, or serving at restaurants. Therefore, even if we are unable to introduce a suitable restaurant on the day of the tour, or if the restaurant refuses to cook your fish, or limits the number of dishes prepared, we will not offer any refunds, reductions, or compensation for the tour fee.
