- Driver and guide gratuities: £10 per person per day, same price for adults and children (payable directly to the driver and guide on the tour, must be in British pounds cash, mandatory).
- There are no minimum entry requirements for this tour, and all tour dates in the itinerary are guaranteed to depart, so please feel free to book.
- There are no mandatory shopping arrangements during the trip, so you can fully enjoy every moment of your journey.
- We usually use buses with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if there are fewer participants, we may arrange smaller tour buses.
- If you leave the tour early due to personal reasons, you will still need to pay the full 7-day tour fee (8 days for Edinburgh), and no refund will be given. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- When a single person registers, if the guest agrees to have room sharing arranged by our company, we will not charge the guest any fees, regardless of whether room sharing is successfully arranged. However, once the guest agrees to the arrangement, no objections or changes may be made at the last minute.

A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 7 day(s) before the departure date

Minors under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult when traveling.
Seniors aged 70 and above are required to sign the "Senior Health Declaration" 7 days prior to departure. After placing an order, customer service will proactively send a message to KKday to customers with seniors aged 70 and above, informing them of the online form and requesting their assistance.
Due to vehicle and equipment limitations, we cannot accept reservations from pregnant women, infants, or passengers requiring wheelchairs. We appreciate your understanding.
Two adults may bring one child aged 2-11 years old who does not occupy a bed to share a room; the child will be charged at the child rate. If two adults bring more than one child, the other children will be charged at the adult rate and must stay in two separate rooms. One adult may bring one child to share a room, but the child will be charged at the adult rate. Children of any age who require a bed will be charged at the adult rate.
The room type is set as a twin room.
Due to limited luggage space on tour buses, each passenger may only bring one large and one small piece of luggage (the large piece of luggage shall not exceed 30 kg and 28 inches in size; the small piece of luggage shall not exceed 20 inches in size).
