1. Family Fun Buffet Brunch

• Exquisite seafood and refreshing cold platters: carefully selected chilled prawns, snow crab legs, clams, and New Zealand mussels, paired with a variety of seasonings. The salad bar offers a wide selection of fresh vegetables, superfood quinoa, and a generous array of toppings. Also available are smoked salmon, Parma ham and cantaloupe, and a selection of sushi and rolls.

• Global Hot Cuisine Selection: Includes European classics such as pan-fried lamb chops, garlic butter prawns, and baked scallops with cheese. Chinese delicacies include Cantonese roast meats (char siu and roast duck), truffle roasted noodles, and the classic eight-treasure winter melon soup.

• Sweet Finale: Offers mango pomelo sago, strawberry cheesecake, mango pudding, and various ice creams. Also included are marshmallows and popcorn for added surprise for children.

• Interactive Stations and Fun Corners: Family Fun Brunch Buffet & Little Chef Workshop

During the breakfast and lunch buffet hours, parents can bring children aged 11 or under to register on-site for the "Little Chef Workshop." Our chefs will guide children in hands-on cooking experiences, encouraging them to fully immerse themselves in their creations. While enjoying the delicious buffet, everyone can also take photos to create lasting memories and a warm, enjoyable time together.

During the meal, guests can enjoy unlimited servings of a selection of sparkling wines, red wines, and white wines, ensuring a pleasant experience for both adults and children.

2. "Global Flavors" themed buffet lunch

We meticulously present a diverse range of authentic Asian cuisine and exquisite Western dishes, striving to provide our customers with a rich summer culinary experience.

The lunch buffet emphasizes heartiness and freshness. The noodle station offers rich braised beef noodles, while the teppanyaki area features flavorful grilled items such as chicken skewers and pork belly. The cold dishes and seafood section features a selection of fresh sashimi and sushi, as well as frozen seafood (such as bread crab, shrimp, and mussels), accompanied by a variety of Chinese and Western salads. For hot dishes, there's a diverse selection to satisfy different tastes, ranging from Southeast Asian-style sambal shrimp and Indian-style roasted lamb to classic Chinese dishes like peppered pork belly and chicken, and American-style baked pork ribs.

The evening buffet is a complete upgrade from the lunch buffet, with each guest enjoying a complimentary "Crab Meat and Vegetarian Shark Fin Soup Dumplings" for a touch of refined elegance. Snacks highlight the strong Taiwanese flavor, featuring crispy on the outside and tender on the inside fried chicken and authentic egg pancakes. The cold dish section has been upgraded with the addition of frozen meat and cheese platters, and the seafood selection is more abundant, including crab legs and jade snails. For hot meat dishes, the evening buffet introduces more premium ingredients, such as tender and flavorful red wine braised oxtail, flavorful three-cup chicken, garlic and pepper squid, and blue mussels with French white wine cream sauce. The dessert section is equally delightful, offering various sliced ​​cakes and Chinese sweet soups, as well as Movenpick ice cream, pineapple cakes, and traditional Malay cake—sweet but not cloying.

3. "Taiwanese Feast" Themed Buffet Dinner

Starting June 1, 2026, Garden Pavilion will launch a brand new themed "Taiwanese Feast Buffet Dinner". Enjoy the rich flavors of Taiwan for 3 hours. The culinary team has carefully prepared a series of cold dishes and hot dishes to be served in rotation, bringing endless surprises.

The chilled seafood section offers snow crab claws, frozen cooked mussels, frozen cooked whelks, frozen cooked shrimp, and selected sashimi, all bursting with freshness. The noodle stall features classic braised beef noodles and freshly cooked spaghetti, along with a variety of Taiwanese street food and home-style dishes, including braised meat platters, Taiwanese salt and pepper chicken, spicy wine-braised whelks, imperial concubine chicken, and traditional Taiwanese egg pancakes. There are also many classic Taiwanese and international delicacies, making your mouth water.

On-site teppanyaki features freshly cooked herb-roasted lamb chops, prawns, beef tongue, and sea bass, filling the air with enticing aromas. Freshly sliced ​​grilled meats such as New Zealand sirloin, Wellington beef tenderloin, and Wellington salmon are served on a rotating basis each evening. The dessert area offers a perfect ending with taro balls with red bean paste, pineapple cakes, and a range of specialty desserts paired with Mövenpick ice cream.

*During July and August, every Saturday and Sunday, guests who dine at the evening buffet will receive a complimentary serving of crab meat and vegetarian shark fin soup dumplings.
