If your package does not include high-speed rail tickets, please specify your train time and departure time when placing your order. If you require drop-off at a hotel near the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, please specify your hotel name. If you require drop-off at Huanglong Jiuzhaigou High-Speed ​​Rail Station, please specify your return train number and desired departure time. (The journey from the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area to the high-speed rail station takes approximately 2-3 hours; please allow sufficient travel time.)

If you choose the English 4-12 small group tour package, the minimum number of participants required for this tour to proceed is 4. Confirmation of the tour's availability will be made no later than 2 days before departure. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, you can apply for a rescheduling of the activity or a full refund.

If delays are caused by force majeure (such as traffic accidents, natural disasters, etc.), the travel agency can assist in handling the situation, but will not be liable for any compensation.

All attractions require the original ID card or passport/Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan travel permit for entry. Please be sure to bring the document you used when booking your ticket. Any additional costs incurred due to forgetting or using the wrong document, resulting in denied entry, will be borne by the applicant.

This tour is quite strenuous; please ensure you are in good health and fit for travel. If any member of the group is 70 years of age or older, they must be accompanied by at least one family member aged 18-69 to participate in the tour. Thank you for your understanding.

Ticket Refund Policy: From April 1st to November 14th, free admission will be refunded 100 yuan, and half-price admission will be refunded 50 yuan; from November 15th to March 31st, free admission will be refunded 40 yuan, and half-price admission will be refunded 20 yuan. (Please refer to the scenic area's regulations for relevant discount policies. If you are among the eligible groups, please note this when placing your order or inform customer service promptly. Ticket reservations cannot be changed after booking.)

[Regarding Luggage] The Jiuzhaigou tour is a short trip, and the vehicle has ample space for everyday luggage. If you are traveling a long distance with large suitcases, please pay attention to the size and number of suitcases. For reference, the trunk space of commonly used vehicles can accommodate 5 24-inch suitcases in a 7-seater vehicle and 7 24-inch suitcases in a 9-seater vehicle. If you have a lot of luggage, please contact customer service in advance to adjust the vehicle arrangement!

This product is for a destination at a high altitude. Guests with severe hypertension, heart disease, or other similar conditions, as well as elderly guests, should carefully consider their own health conditions and consult their doctor before deciding whether to travel. After registration, please prepare medication to effectively alleviate symptoms caused by altitude sickness and make all necessary pre-trip preparations. The climate in high-altitude areas is dry, with strong sunlight and high UV radiation. Guests are advised to bring sunglasses, sun hats, sunscreen, lip balm, etc. There is a large temperature difference between day and night in high-altitude areas; please prepare long-sleeved clothing and warm clothing. It is also recommended to bring cold medicine, gastrointestinal medicine, aspirin, tranquilizers, headache powder, etc., in case of altitude sickness. During the trip, if you feel unwell, please notify the scenic area staff and the travel agency immediately, and ask the service personnel to assist you in seeking medical attention and follow your doctor's advice.
