- Operational Announcement -

• Operating hours may change depending on the season or facility arrangements, and some services/activities may be subject to change. Please refer to the official announcements before your visit.
• The Akihabara branch is closed on the same days as Yodobashi Akiba.
• The Hiroshima branch follows the closing days of Hiroshima Gate Park.
  
• The Okinawa branch follows the closing days of iias Okinawa Toyosaki.
• Meals are not provided in the store (subject to package details and on-site regulations).
  
• During peak hours, a full rotation system may be implemented or waiting may be required. Please follow the on-site announcements.
  

- Admission Restrictions and Notices -

• Depending on the ticket type, you may be required to present proof of identity. Failure to provide the required documents may result in a price adjustment or refusal of admission.
  
• Children in elementary school and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 and above (the accompanying adult must also pay for admission).
• Each guardian may bring up to 3 children.
• Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the premises.
• Outside food and drinks are prohibited in the store. Bringing cat treats and animal toys is also prohibited.
  
• Cat treats are sold in the store and can be purchased and used on-site.

- Safety and Photography Notices -

• Please keep your valuables safe. The store is not responsible for any loss or theft. 
• The store is not responsible for any damage or soiling of clothing or personal belongings caused by the animals. 
• If you are accidentally scratched or bitten, please inform the staff immediately. Please understand that the store is generally not held responsible for such incidents.
•  Photography is allowed in the store, but the use of flash is prohibited. When taking photos, please be careful not to include other guests or staff.
