What You Can Expect
1 Day
- Each participant will gather at Sairi Residence (Marumori Town, Miyagi Prefecture). Upon arrival at the venue, registration and schedule explanation will take place.
- Guide within the facility
- Demonstration of Furoshiki (Japanese wrapping cloth) usage
- Explanation of the experience
- Choosing fabric and thread

- The experience concludes after a commemorative photo session. After the experience ends, the group disperses.

After your reservation is confirmed, please be sure to check the meeting place (Sairi Residence), meeting time, and contact information for the day (organizer's contact).
If there are any changes to the number of participants, please contact us as soon as possible in accordance with the regulations.
On the day (from gathering to the experience)
It is recommended to arrive 5-10 minutes before the meeting time (due to registration and travel time).
Clothing: Wear clothing that is easy to work in on a sewing machine (avoid long sleeves and flowy clothing).
Safety: You will be using sewing needles, scissors, etc. Please follow the instructions of the staff.
Photo Shoot: There will be time for commemorative photos. Please be considerate and avoid including other participants in your photos.
You can take your finished product home with you on the same day.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
