- How to use the voucher -

• When taking the bus, please show your e-ticket to the driver upon boarding.
  ※Valid only for the specified flight.
  *Once an order is placed, the flight schedule cannot be changed.
  ※Services such as changing bus schedules and cancelling services are not available at bus stations, bus terminals, and other ticket windows.
  ※No refunds will be given if you miss your scheduled departure.
• When traveling by train, please use the ticket gates that support QR code readers to enter and exit the station.
  *Meitetsu Gifu Station only has QR code reader-enabled ticket machines at the central ticket gate. *Meitetsu Nagoya Station only has QR code reader-enabled ticket machines at the central ticket gate and the west exit ticket gate.

—Other Information—

• If your order information cannot be confirmed due to device malfunction, battery depletion, or other reasons, you will be unable to use this service. Please pay separately for the regular passenger fare from your departure station to your arrival station.
• If the train is suspended due to natural disasters or accidents, you can use this ticket to take alternative transportation services.
• Tickets that are lost or stolen will not be reissued.
• Tickets that have exceeded their expiration date are considered invalid.

-Precautions-

• Recommended operating environment for e-tickets: iOS 15 or later/Safari (latest version), Android 10.0 or later/Chrome (latest version)
  ※Even if used in the recommended environment, it may not work depending on the mobile device or environment you are using.
• To prevent unauthorized use, when you reactivate an e-ticket in a different environment than when you first activated it, the system will require you to verify using an OTP dynamic password. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.

1. Please enter an email address that can receive emails normally, and press the send button.
2. Please check your inbox to see if you have received the OTP password email. If you cannot find the email, it may have been categorized as spam. If you still cannot find it in your spam folder, it may be due to an incorrect email address. Please reopen the e-ticket website and enter your email address again.
3. Please enter the OTP password provided in the email on the e-ticket screen and click Confirm. If the password is correct, you will be redirected to the e-ticket usage screen.

Please note: Once OTP verification is complete, the email address cannot be changed. Therefore, please be sure to enter your own email address during verification.
