Kimono return: Supports the main store, Yasaka Shrine (Gion) store, Arashiyama store, and Kiyomizu-dera store (Arashiyama store does not provide luggage transfer); self-service return after 18:00 at night.
Next-day return: Guests returning their kimonos at the hotel should deposit them at the hotel reception before 11:00 the next day (free of charge).

[Dirty, Clean, Damaged]
Normal stains (mud splashes, etc.) during the tour are free of charge (one cleaning per guest). Any damage will be charged at our discretion and on a symbolic depreciation basis (please rest assured).
[Arriving early or late]
Please try to arrive on time. Service will be provided regardless of whether you arrive early, late, or on a later date. No late fees will be charged for delays caused by traffic or any other reason.
