Holiday definition: defined by departure date (the eve of a national holiday and departure dates on Fridays and Saturdays are holiday prices).
This trip requires two people to travel together and departs daily.
Taiwan Railway tickets are valid only for the day and the specific train journey. Once issued, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. Please keep your Taiwan Railway ticket safe; lost tickets will not be reissued.
The seat numbers on Taiwan Railway tickets are automatically generated by the Taiwan Railway computer system, and their continuity cannot be guaranteed. We apologize for the inconvenience.
The Green Island motorcycles are for two people per vehicle for 48 hours. If you ride for more than 48 hours or alone, you will need to pay the difference. If you switch to an electric vehicle that does not require a driver's license (one person per vehicle), you will need to pay NT$900 per person.
For passengers taking the semi-submarine glass-bottom boat, availability is subject to on-site boat schedules and reservations. Our company does not guarantee whether the boat will depart or whether reservations will be accepted.
Customization is available to meet the needs of travelers, such as adding meals or Asahi Onsen tickets.
For designated double rooms (2 beds) in the Green Island area, an additional NT$660 per room per night will be charged.
If travelers have already departed but are unable to visit Green Island due to a typhoon or inclement weather, they can opt for a day trip to Taitung and stay at the Taitung Travelers' Inn.
Disability and senior citizens aged 65 and above enjoy discounted tickets, and the tour fee is calculated based on the price of a child aged 6-12 occupying a bed.
Hotel/station/airport shuttle buses will be dispatched based on the number of participants, and the vehicle types will be (rental taxis, nine-seater vans, or medium-sized buses).

To protect passengers' rights, please arrive at the Taiwan Railway station platform ten minutes before the train departs.
Green Island accommodations do not provide disposable items such as toothpaste, toothbrush, large towels, and facial cleanser, but shampoo and shower gel are provided. Please bring your own personal items.
When taking the Taitung Green Island ferry, please be sure to bring the original copy of the identification document used for booking. If the identification document does not match the booking and invoicing information, you will be responsible for any resulting losses.
[Required Documents for Ticket Collection] To ensure the Maritime and Port Authority has timely access to passenger lists, passengers traveling to Green Island must collect their ferry tickets using their real names. The counter must verify the original identification document for each passenger. (Only one document is required. For example: adult ID card, infant health insurance card, foreign passport, residence permit)
The ferry ticket to Green Island, Taitung is a round-trip ticket. Please keep your return ticket safe. If you lose it, please purchase a return ticket on-site. We regret that we cannot reissue it.
For the Green Island trip, our company will provide a motorbike for 48 hours (two people per vehicle). Please bring your motorbike driver's license and drive carefully in accordance with traffic regulations.
This activity is primarily for leisure; please wear light clothing and comfortable shoes. Pack light and practical items, and avoid bringing large suitcases!
Please remember to bring your health insurance card, ID card, driver's license, personal medications, warm clothing, rain gear, and swimming equipment, just in case.
During your trip, please consider your own health condition and prioritize safety. Do not engage in high-risk activities. If you have serious heart disease, high blood pressure, asthma, or other personal health issues, please consider your own health condition and choose suitable outdoor activities. When entering coastal or lake areas, do not go beyond any dangerous areas to ensure your safety.
In the event of force majeure, the company reserves the right to change the sailing schedule, mode of transportation, and tour itinerary.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 31 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 11 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 4 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Debido a las diferencias horarias, la fecha de cancelación confirmada se basa en la hora local del proveedor.
