Practical Session (60 mins): Experience the entire sushi-making process firsthand while observing a live demonstration by a professional chef. From preparing the shari (sushi rice) and slicing the fish to shaping the nigiri, this is a true highlight of the program that offers you the chance to learn expert techniques up close.

Experience traditional Japanese lantern painting at Kadota Lantern Shop, located right next to Nakasu-Kawabata Station in the heart of Fukuoka.
