- 08:50Pick-up begins! Meet your guide at the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal or your hotel! We will inform you of the exact meeting time when we call you the day before to confirm your reservation. *Please note that the schedule may change by approximately 30 minutes due to weather or other factors.
- 09:15We've arrived at the mangroves along Nagura Bay! We'll observe the mangroves, which can only be found in tropical regions.
- 10:00Experience a glass-bottom boat ride in Kabira Bay! Take a peek into the crystal-clear waters from the comfort of a boat.
- 10:55Arrived at Ogamizaki Lighthouse! A beautiful spot with stunning views of the deep blue sea stretching out below from a high vantage point.
- 11:30Take a break! Let's ask our guide for their restaurant recommendations!
- 13:30Break over! We're heading to the second activity field.
- 14:00We've arrived at the second field! Let's get ready.

[Information regarding meeting place] The pick-up and drop-off service is by reservation only. If you wish to use this service, please make your reservation by 5:00 PM the day before. If you contact us after that time, we will not be able to provide the pick-up and drop-off service, and you will be required to meet at the location. Thank you for your understanding.

If you require hotel pick-up/drop-off within the designated area, please enter your hotel name and address in the "Remarks" section when making your reservation. The pick-up time will be communicated to you by the local tour operator.

For safety reasons, the following individuals are not permitted to participate:
- Pregnant women, those who have consumed alcohol, those with hangovers, and those with heart conditions (such as pacemakers) should not use this product.
- Individuals with pre-existing conditions such as respiratory, mental health issues (e.g., epilepsy), cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, or diabetes.
- Individuals with physical disabilities, fever, injuries, etc. (minor injuries require prior consultation)
- Participation is limited to individuals with hearing or visual impairments only (accompaniment by a helper or interpreter and prior consultation are required).
Reminders
The meeting and disbanding times may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day. The shop will contact you the day before the tour to inform you of the meeting place and time.
The tour will proceed even in rainy weather. However, if we determine that the safety of the field cannot be guaranteed, we reserve the right to cancel the tour.
Please come dressed in clothes that you don't mind getting wet.
Please be sure to contact us in advance if you will be late.
Hot showers are available near the Ishigaki Port Ferry Terminal. Please inform your guide if you wish to use them.
Participants must be between 3 and 65 years old.
For children aged 3-11, depending on the sea conditions and the number of participants on the day, we may offer them a more stable canoe instead of a SUP.
If you prefer to meet at the location, please contact us first.
For the 6:00 AM and 1:30 PM start times, the SUP/canoeing tour will take you through the mangrove river to watch the sunrise and sunset.
The 13:30 course is outside of the hot shower's operating hours and therefore cannot be used.
Tours can be conducted in Japanese or English.
