After successful purchase, you must make an appointment for the usage date on the official website before use; otherwise, you may not be able to enter.

Redemption method for 1-hour double/triple tickets:

1. After ordering through KKday, you will receive a redemption code (in your KKday voucher).

2. Go to https://pickleand.club/pages/classes and select "COURT PINK" > "BOOK NOW" > "TRIAL CLASS $290 → $195 (Age 10+)".

3. After selecting the plan, choose the number of people according to the type of redemption code purchased (select [Person 2] for a two-person ticket; select [Person 3] for a three-person ticket). Only users aged 10 and above are eligible.

4. Select the desired date and time slot (based on the Pickle & Club website; the dates selected by KKday are for reference only; double tickets are only valid Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays); triple tickets are only valid Saturday to Sunday and public holidays).

5. After entering your information, go to your shopping cart and select "Checkout" > enter the redemption code from your KKday voucher in the "Discount code or gift card" field > click "Apply" and then "Pay now" to redeem.

[1-Hour Stadium Use Redemption Code] Redemption Method:

1. After ordering through KKday, you will receive a redemption code (in your KKday voucher; each redemption code is valid for one hour only).

2. Go to https://pickleand.club/pages/classes and select "COURT PINK" > "BOOK NOW" > "PEAK$450 / NON-PEAK$400" (depending on the selected plan).

3. Select your desired date and time slot (based on the Pickle & Club website; the dates selected by KKday are for reference only). * "PEAK" slots are only available from 6 PM on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays; "NON-PEAK" slots are only available from 10 AM to 6 PM on Mondays, Fridays (excluding public holidays). ("NON-PEAK" slots can be booked 7 days in advance, and "PEAK" slots can be booked 3 days in advance.)*

4. Select number of companions: In addition to the person making the reservation, the cost for each companion is HK$50 per person per hour per stadium. The number of companions must be added and paid online when redeeming.

5. After entering your information, go to your shopping cart and select "Checkout" > Enter the redemption code from your KKday voucher in the "Discount code or gift card" field > Click "Apply" and then "Pay now" to redeem.

Redemption codes cannot be split across multiple bookings. All participants must book the same session together. Once a redemption code is used, it is considered used even if the number of participants is less than the number of bookings; the offer cannot be split.

After purchase, please visit the Pickle & Club official website within two weeks to reserve your spot using the redemption code. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while supplies last. The dates selected by KKday are for reference only, and refunds will not be accepted for orders due to the inability to book the specified date and session on the platform. Please note.

Course redemption codes can be redeemed no later than August 31, 2026, and can be reserved up to 2 weeks in advance (for example, if a customer uses the redemption code to pay on August 31, 2026, the latest reservation date is September 13, 2026); venue redemption codes can be redeemed no later than August 31, 2026.

Coaches cannot be assigned; it depends on the arrangements made on-site.

We recommend wearing comfortable sportswear that allows for freedom of movement, paired with non-slip, non-marking sneakers and moisture-wicking socks. Don't forget sunscreen when outdoors!

Changing rooms and lockers are available on site.

Free parking: Spend HK$300 or more to enjoy 2 hours of free parking.

When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, the venue will be temporarily closed. All reservations during this period will be suspended and rescheduled. Once the venue reopens, customers must arrive at their original reservation time. No refunds or rescheduling will be provided for those unable to attend due to the typhoon signal. If the typhoon signal is lifted after 6:00 PM, the venue will remain closed for the remainder of the day. The venue will remain open as usual during a Black Rainstorm Warning. - All classes will be suspended and rescheduled accordingly. - Reservations will generally proceed as usual. However, as a courtesy, if a Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, you may choose to reschedule your reservation. Please notify us via WhatsApp at least 60 minutes prior to your original reservation time. Otherwise, the reservation will remain valid.

Customers must adhere to their original reservations once the venue reopens. No refunds or rescheduling will be offered for missed reservations. As a special arrangement, additional arrangements may be considered for customers residing on outlying islands who can provide valid proof of address.

If the warning signal is lifted after 6:00 p.m., the venue will remain closed for the rest of the day.

Rescheduling Policy: Please note that rescheduling is only possible based on the original booking conditions and is subject to venue availability. Extensions or reductions of the original booking duration are not possible.

COURT PINK reservations cannot be converted to COURT GREEN; off-peak reservations cannot be converted to peak-peak reservations, but the reverse is allowed, and the price difference will not be refunded.

Cancellation of a reservation is not possible unless a special reason is provided, and will be at the sole discretion of Pickle & Club Limited.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version on the Pickle & Club Limited website (https://pickleand.club/) shall prevail.

In the event of any dispute, Pickle & Club Limited and KKday reserve the right of final decision.
