This is CookInn Taiwan's most popular introductory cooking class. In our comfortable kitchen classroom, we will guide you from making the dough, hand-rolling the wrappers, to pleating your own delicate Xiao Long Bao. Throughout the process, the instructor will share various cooking techniques and the stories behind the food, helping you understand the essence of Taiwanese cuisine. You will also learn how to make refreshing and delicious Taiwanese side dishes and create your own unique bubble tea!
