If the Alpine Route is closed due to weather or other reasons, we will refund the difference between the fare for the section that cannot be used, the transportation costs incurred due to detours, the fees for alternative sightseeing spots that we have introduced, and any cancellation fees that have been required. The selection of alternative sightseeing spots and the amount of the refund will vary depending on the situation on the day, so please leave it to us.

Depending on the level of congestion, departure from the hotel may be early in the morning and breakfast may be served as a boxed lunch.

Although rides are booked in advance, there may be delays in return times due to the number of individual passengers or weather, and waiting times for transfers may occur.

The Snow Valley is usually held from April 15th to June 25th, but the schedule for this year has not yet been decided.

If the Snow Otani Walk is cancelled due to weather, there will be no refunds.

The height of the snow wall varies depending on the weather conditions.

Please wear light hiking boots or other comfortable shoes as the road surface is slippery. Also, the temperature will be 10 to 15 degrees Celsius lower than at sea level, so please prepare warm clothing (warm clothing, coat, disposable hand warmers, cold weather gloves, earmuffs, etc.).

If you wish to change the meal contents due to food allergies, religious reasons, etc., a fee of 1,500 yen will be charged per meal, and if there is a difference in price, we will charge you the actual cost.

The child (elementary school student) fare is the same as the adult fare. Preschool children aged 3 to 5 will be charged 15,000 yen per person for bus seating and facility usage fees. Meals, bedding, and JR fares are not included. Please note. If meals or JR seats are required, the child fare (same as an adult) will apply.

If you are traveling with an infant aged 3-5, they will not be counted in the number of people in the room type. (For example, if you are traveling with "2 adults and 1 infant aged 3-5", please select a room for 2 people, and if you are traveling with "2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant aged 3-5", please select a room for 3 people.)
