- Wear comfortable clothes and swimwear, and bring sun protection such as a hat and sunscreen. Snorkeling gear (mask, snorkel, and life jacket) is provided.
- Tour itinerary and timings are subject to change due to weather and sea conditions for safety reasons.
- Please be ready at Jesselton Point at least 15 minutes in advance to avoid missing the boat ride.
- The guide’s contact number will be provided prior to the tour.
- The operator will not be responsible if guests is late and miss the tour, and no refund will be provided in such cases.

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
