Boarding Restrictions: Depending on sea conditions, for safety reasons, we may kindly ask pregnant women, the elderly, young children, and those who are not feeling well to refrain from boarding.
Life Jackets: For your safety, all passengers are required to wear life jackets while on board.
Cancellations: Tours may be cancelled due to bad weather or rough sea conditions. In such cases, we will prioritize your safety.

Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before.
Please note that tours may be cancelled even shortly before departure if sea conditions change unexpectedly and affect safety.
For the safety and privacy of all guests, the use of drones is strictly prohibited during the tour.
As our vessel is not barrier-free, wheelchairs and strollers cannot be brought on board. We will happily look after them at our office during your tour.
We regret that pets are not allowed on the boat.
If you are prone to motion sickness, we recommend taking appropriate medication before boarding.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
